Intake of food items rich in omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids too helps in keeping heart in great condition. Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in diet. Limit the intake of beef and dairy products. Eliminate intake of fried and high-fat foods from diet to enjoy healthy heart. Also you should include spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, garlic in your dishes not only to add taste to them but also because they are loaded with phytonutrients and antioxidants which helps in controlling heart diseases.
