Its importance lies in selection of the talented rural children because target group and effort to offer them with the quality education similar to best in the residential school system. Those children are found for all the sections of the society, with all the areas including most backward ones. Although, so far, the good quality education is accessible to the well-to-do sections of the society, and poor are left out. It was sensed that the children with the special talent or ability should be given opportunities to carry on at faster pace, through making superior quality education accessible to them, despite their capability to reimburse for it. Otherwise, all these talented children might have been disadvantaged of the quality modern education conventionally available only in urban areas. This education might enable the students from the rural areas to race with the urban counterparts on equal footing.
