Delhi University MBBS Admission Course 2017-2018

DUMET (Delhi University Medical-dental Entrance Test) is organized every year by Delhi University. The application form and bulletin for information is accessible from office of deputy registrar, at faculty of the medical sciences, at 7th Floor, in VP Institute Building, at University of Delhi against the bank draft or banker’s cheque favouring any national bank favouring to registrar, at university of Delhi to be paid at Delhi. Application can be received by hand by paying Rs 750/- for general or OBC category candidates as well as Rs 550/- for the SC/ST/PH candidates amongst 9.30 am to 3.00 pm for all working days. NO CASH payment is accepted. SC/ST/PH candidates need to send copy of caste certificate or PH certificate to get bulletin of information. Application form with the information brochure may also be attained in hand only through Lady Hardinge Medical College, at Maulana Azad Medical College as well as University College of Medical Sciences.


The candidates should have passed the 12th class under the 10+2 with necessary subjects, like Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and English from the recognised school on regular classes as well as positioned within Delhi. The candidates should have passed in subjects like Physics, Biology, Chemistry, and English individually and should have obtained minimum 50% (40% for candidates of SC/ST category as well as 45% for OBC category) taken jointly in the Physics, Biology, and Chemistry.

The situation of studying in the 11th – 12th class through school positioned within national capital territory in Delhi will not be appropriate to the candidates. Physically Handicapped applicants having lower limbs disability of 50% -70% are qualified and can apply as per guidelines of Medical Council of India.
