Vikram University which is known as Vikram Vishwavidyalaya in
Devnagari is a University based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.The
city of Ujjain is known very well for its rich cultural and
religious traditions and for its antiquity. The Vikram
University is renamed after the ancient ruler, King Vikramaditya.
Being established in 1957, its foundation stone was laid by the
home minister of India at that time Mr. Govind Vallabh Pant. The
university has been awarded with “A” status by the National
Assessment and Accreditation Council in India, which is the
second highest possible status a college can receive!

The MCA or Masters in Computer Applications course offered by
Vikram University is carried out in 3 educational years i.e. it
comprises 6 semesters. Admission to the said course is provided
on the basis of marks of entrance examination which is carried
out by University.

are carried out in Institute of Computer Science which is a part

Admission procedure
Admission form can be purchased from University campus by paying
Rs.350 by DD in the favor of “REGISTRAR, VIKRAM UNIVERSITY,
UJJAIN”.Admission forms can also be downloaded by visiting
university’s web site (www.vikramuniv.net).Date of entrance test
is declared well before time and exam lies somewhere between
June and July. After the last date of application, forms are not
accepted at any condition.
