Pune University MBA/BBA Admission 2017-2018

Pune University is one of the reputed Universities in India and was established in the year 1948. The University is located at Ganeshkhind on the North western part of Pune city and encompasses an area of 411 acres. As there are myriad of courses offered by the Pune University, many foreign students apart from the Indian nationals rush to Pune to study the course of their choice. The University has also been given an A-Star rating by the NAAC. The University of Pune has also got recognition from the University Grants Commission and the grants are funded by the UGC.

Eligibility Criteria:
A candidate interested to take up Bachelor of Business Administration course of Pune University should have passed the 12th Standard examination (H.S.C or 10+2) with a minimum of 45% aggregate from any stream and should have also taken English as a subject in the 10+2 examination. All the eligible candidates will have to take a Common Entrance Test conducted by the University or its affiliated college and should also secure pass marks in the exam for being eligible to the course. A candidate seeking MBA admission at Pune University should be a graduate in any discipline from the Pune University or any other recognized University with a minimum qualification percentage of 50% marks in degree examination. The reserved category students will need to score 455 marks in their respective degree examinations to be eligible for admission.

Admission Procedure:
For an MBA admission, the candidate will have to pass the written entrance test conducted by the University. The students with high marks in the test will be called for an interview and other test before finally getting the admission on merit basis. As far as BBA course is concerned, the eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks scored in the HSC examination and the common entrance test. Students with good marks in the test will be given admission.
