Courses Admission 2017-2018
M.S.Ramaiah College of Law was established in the year 1995. It
is recognized by Bar Council of India and affiliated to
Karnataka State Law University, Hubli. With the help of its
students, the institute aims to see a glorious and optimistic
tomorrow. It aims to produce good lawyers and legal advisers.
The students learn to have an optimistic attitude towards life.
The students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular
activities in order to develop their personality.
The institute aims in creating awareness regarding
socio-economic and legal needs in order to achieve an atmosphere
of dignity and honour. M.S.Ramaiah College of Law provides
quality legal education so as to face the present challenges of
legal profession.
The students who turn into legal professionals make themselves
committed to provide social justice. The campus is distributed
among three departments namely health science, engineering
science, and general science. The course offered is a Five Year
B.A., LL.B Integrated Degree Course. The syllabus followed for
the course is prescribed by Bangalore University. After the
first three years, the student receives B.A, (Law) degree and
after two years, the student receives LL.B degree.
The admission is based on the marks secured by the student in
class XII examination. A minimum of 45 % is required. Some of
the seats are reserved for SC and ST. The university has an
excellent faculty with high academic qualification and have
teaching experience for many years. The faculty comprises of
energetic staff who teach with dedication. The students have a
friendly approach towards the faculty members which provides
better rapport between them. Students receive guidance from the
faculty in activities such as moot courts, publications and many
other academic activities. The students get placed in well known
firms of both national and multinational levels.
