Flour-less and sugarless carrot cake with coconut and walnuts

Ingredients to prepare flour-less and sugarless carrot cake with coconut and walnuts:
2 tsp baking powder, 2 baking powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 cups almond flour, cup coconut milk, 3 ripe mashed banana, cup chopped walnuts, 1 cup flaked coconut, 3medium grated carrots, 3 eggs, cup honey

Method to prepare flour-less and sugarless carrot cake with coconut and walnuts:
In a big bowl, mix cinnamon, with almond flour, baking powder and salt. Now add coconut, carrots and walnuts to it and keep it aside.
Now in another bowl, mix maple syrup with coconut milk, bananas and eggs together. Add wet mixture with dry mixture and stir-well. Now pour this batter into a parchment-lined loaf pan. Now bake it at 180 degrees for 50 minutes. Leave it to cool and then serve.

Devilled eggs

Ingredients to prepare devilled eggs:
12 large eggs, 1 tsp cayenne pepper, cup mayonnaise, paprika and salt to taste, 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and chopped), 1tbsp mustard, some finely chopped cilantro, 1 tbsp ground cumin

Method to prepare devilled eggs:
Place eggs in a saucepan containing cold water. Place saucepan on flame and bring it to a boil for 10 minutes. Remove saucepan and run cold water over eggs.
Once eggs gets cool down, peel and cut them into half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks and mash it in bowl. Add jalapeno pepper, cayenne pepper, cumin, mayonnaise and mustard to it.

Now fill egg whites with this mixture. Add paprika and salt to taste and then garnish it with cilantro.
