Best Healthy packed lunch for office goers

Have you get bored of eating same lunch box food everyday whenever you sit in canteen? Well fret not! Check out some healthy yet interesting packed lunch for office goers. I am sure you all would love eat these yummy food again and again!

Mint chutney veggie sandwich

Ingredients to prepare mint chutney veggie sandwich:
2 thinly sliced tomatoes, 4 slices wholemeal bread, 1 sliced cucumber, 1 tbsp butter, 1 large beetroot, 1 tsp chaat masala, salt and pepper to taste, 1 large sliced onion, ½ cup mint-coriander chutney, 2 large thickly sliced potatoes

Method to prepare mint chutney veggie sandwich:
Spread butter on all slices of bread. Now spread mint chutney on it.
Place all the veggies on it. At the end sprinkle chaat masala on it and serve.

Chicken tikka wrap

Ingredients to prepare chicken tikka warps:
½ cup prepared barbecue sauce, 2 limes, 1-2 pound roasted chicken, 1 cup black beans, 4 10-inch whole-wheat tortillas, ½ cup frozen corn, 4 lettuce leaves, ¼ cup reduced-fat sour cream

Method to prepare chicken tikka wraps:
In a non-stick pan, sauté chicken with beans, corns, sour cream and barbeque sauce together. Mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
Now place this mixture over whole wheat chapattis and serve warm with lime wedges.

Sabudana vada

Ingredients to prepare sabudana vada:
1 chopped onion, 4 boiled and mashed potatoes, 2 cups of water, ½ cup sabudana, 2 chopped green chilies, grated ginger, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp raw mango powder, 5-7 peanuts coarsely crushed, 2 tbsp oil, salt to taste

Method to prepare sabudana vada:
Soak sabudana in water for a night.
Next morning, mix sabudana with rest of ingredients and prepare small balls with that batter.

Heat oil in pan and roast all the balls till they become golden brown in color.
Serve with mint chutney.
