Ingredients to prepare chocolate chip
1 egg, 8oz semi sweet chocolate chips, 2 cups whole wheat flour,
1tsp baking soda, 1 egg white, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup
butter, ¾ cup brown sugar

In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour with baking soda and keep it
In another bowl, beat butter with blender for a minute and then
add brown sugar to it. Blend for 1 more minute. Now add egg, egg
white and vanilla extract to it and mix well.
Now mix flour mixture with butter mixture using blender.
Stir in the chocolate chips to the dough.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Prepare cookies from dough and place them on baking sheet lined
with parchment paper. Bake these cookies in oven for 10 minutes.

1 cup raisins, 2 egg whites, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 ¾ cups
unsweetened applesauce, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, ½ tsp baking
soda, ¾ cup brown sugar, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 3 cups rolled
oats, ½ tsp baking soda
Method to prepare chewy raisin oatmeal
Preheat oven to 37f degrees F. spray cooking sheet with
non-stick cooking spray.
In a bowl, mix brown sugar with apple sauce. Whisk nicely. Add
egg whites and vanilla to mixture and mix well once again.
Now add flour with cinnamon, baking soda to egg mixture and
whisk nicely. Then, fold in the raisins.
Pour spoonful of batter onto the cookie sheet and bake for 8
minutes in preheated oven. Serve.
