Ingredients to prepare healthy soya rolls recipe:
2 chapattis cooked on tawa, pinch of garam masala, 1 cup soya
granules, 4 tbsp chopped radish, 1 egg beaten, salt and pepper
to taste, 2 tbsp pudina chutney, 4 tbsp chopped cucumber, 1 tbsp
oil
Method to prepare healthy soya rolls recipe:
In a bowl, soak soya granules in a bowl of water for an hour or
so.
Add salt and pepper to beaten egg and mix well. Now take the
prepared chapatti and dip it into egg beaten mixture.
Spread 1 tsp oil on non-stick pan and roast chapatti on it.
Once the chapatti gets prepared, spread thin layer of pudina
chutney, soya, cucumber, radish on it. Sprinkle some garam
masala on it.
Roll the chapatti in shape of roll and serve hot with ketchup
and mint chutney.
