Dosa is a traditional breakfast of the people of Karnataka but

Rava Ragi Dosa
Ingredients to prepare rava ragi dosa:
2 cups of semolina, 4 tbsp oil, ½ cup rice flour, salt to taste,
1/2 cup ragi flour, ¼ tbsp sodium bi-carbonate, ½ cup ragi
flour, pinch of asafetida, 2 cups buttermilk, 1 chopped onion,
10-12 curry leaves, chopped green chilies
Method to prepare rava ragi dosa:
Mix green chilies, curry leaves, semolina, ragi flour, pinch of
ping, salt, rice flour and soda bi-carbonate together in a big
Now add buttermilk to the above mix and prepare batter of medium
consistency. Keep this batter aside for 1 hour.
Now grease the pan with little oil and spread large spoonful of
batter on it. Put ½ tsp of oil on and around the dosa.
Coo till it gets crisp and golden colored.
Roll it into cylindrical form and remove from flame.
Serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
You can eat this healthy dosa in breakfast, lunch or dinner time
as per your choice and taste. It is low in fat and cholesterol
