Egg vindaloo is a main course dish which is loaded with number of nutrients, minerals and vitamins. For preparing egg vindaloo, you just need eggs and spices like garlic, vinegar, red chilies which are easily available in your kitchen. This dish is extremely beneficial for diabetics, weight lifters and people who are planning to lose their body weight. Egg vindaloo

Ingredients to prepare egg vindaloo:

4 dry red chilies, 5 large tbsp of vinegar, 4 egg whites, pinch of dalchini powder, crushed ginger, 1 tbsp sugar, salt to taste, 1 tbsp oil, crushed garlic, 2 onions (peeled and chopped), pinch of garam masala, ˝ tbsp powdered cumin seeds

Method to prepare egg vindaloo:
In pan, boil egg with 4 cups of water. Peel them once they cool down.
Cut the egg into 2 parts and then keep them aside in a bowl.
Heat some oil in pan and sauté onions in it till they turn soft and golden brown in color. Now add all the other ingredients.
Add water to the gravy and cook for few minutes till thick gravy gets prepared.
Now add eggs to it and cook for 2 more minutes.
Sprinkle garam masala over the top and mix well.
Transfer dish to serving bowl and serve hot.
