Easy chocolate cake
Ingredients to prepare chocolate cake:
1 cup plain flour, 1 tsp vanilla essence, ½ cup melted butter, 2
tbsp cocoa powder, 1 cup plain flour, ½ tin condensed milk, ½
tsp soda bi-carbonate, 1 tsp baking powder
Method to prepare chocolate cake:
Sift soda bi-carbonate, baking powder, flour and cocoa powder.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together in ½ cup of water.
Now pour this mixture into a greased 150mm diameter baking tin.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree C for 20 minutes. Unmold
and place on wire to cool down naturally.
Cut into pieces and serve.
Chocolate coconut cake recipe
Ingredients to prepare chocolate coconut cake recipe:
¼ cup condensed milk, 1 ½ cups plain flour, ¾ tsp baking powder,
¼ cup brown sugar, ¾ cup softened butter, 2 tbsp golden syrup, 1
tsp vanilla essence, ½ cup milk, ½ cup grated dark chocolate, ½
cup desiccated coconut
Method to prepare chocolate coconut cake recipe:
Sieve flour and add baking powder to it.
Now add cream with butter and brown sugar and mix well till
light and fluffy mix gets prepared.
Add golden syrup and condensed milk to mixture and mix well. Now
add remaining ingredients to batter and mix thoroughly so that
no lumps remain in batter.
Pour this batter into 200mm diameter greased and dusted cake
tin.
Bake in preheated oven at 360 degree F for 25-30 minutes.
Unmold the cake and Cool on wire rack. Cut into desired shape
and serve.
