Ingdrents to prepare banana oats muffins:
¼ cup sugar, 1 egg, 2 ¾ cup mashed bananas, 1 tsp baking powder,
2 tbsp oil, ½ cup quick cooking oats, ½ cup fat-free milk, ¾ tsp
vanilla extract, 2/3 cup whole-wheat flour, ½ tsp ground
cinnamon, cooking spray, ¼ tsp salt
Method to prepare banana oats muffins:
Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Now pour the
prepared batter in a baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes and then serve.
Banana Blueberry

Ingredienst to prepare banana blueberry bread:
¼ tsp baking soda, 2 large eggs, 1 cup all-purpose flour, ¾ cup
uncooked quick-cooking grits, 1 cup mashed banana, ½ cup whole
wheat flour, ½ cup sugar, ½ tsp baking powder, ¾ cup
blueberries,1/2 tsp salt
Method to prepare banana bluberry braed:
Preheat obven to 360 degrees.
Mix both the flours together and add baking powder, baking soda,
sugar , grits, salt to it. Mix well.
Now add oil, banana, blueberries and eggs to it and mix well to
prepare anice batter.
Pour batter into baking tray and bake it in oven.
Serve.
