Healthy egg parantha recipe

Ingredients to prepare healthy egg parantha:
1 egg white, some chopped fresh coriander, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2-3 chopped green chilies, ˝ cup flour, 1 chopped capsicum, ˝ cup water for kneading, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped onion, 1 tbsp red chili powder

Method to prepare healthy egg parantha:
On medium flame, heat pan and pour some oil on it. Now sauté chopped onions, tomato, capsicum and in it for few minutes. Now add red chili powder, salt, coriander to it along with egg whites in the end. Cook it nicely till the egg gets completely cooked up.
Prepare nice dough using flour and water. Now prepare chapattis from the prepared dough.
Now place the prepared stuffing in-between two chapattis and sauté it in pan with few drops of oil so that the paranthas gets properly cooked up from both sides.
Transfer parantha on serving plate and serve hot with ketchup!
