Ingredients to prepare dhokla pizza
recipe:
100 gm paneer, 1 cup green grand al, some shredded onions,
cabbage and capsicum, 1 cup black gram dal, 1 cup rice, 2 tbsp
tomato pulp, 2 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp salt
Method to prepare dhokla pizza recipe:
For preparing dhokla pizza, first keep dal and rice soaked in
water separately in two bowls for a night.
Next morning, grind rice and dal in mixer to prepare a nice
paste.
Add curd to dal mixture and keep in aside for 2 hours and allow
fermenting.
Now pour fermented mixture into a shallow vessel greased with
little butter. Top this mixture with shredded onions, paneer,
capsicum and cabbage.
Now place this vessel in oven and bake it at 350 degrees. You
can also steam it in pressure cooker as per your choice and
convenience.
Serve once it gets cool down.
