How to get slimmer hips
Have you tried everything to get slim hips but failed every

First and foremost move aerobically to burn fat. For achieving
good lower body, include exercises like biking, running and
walking etc. it is important to perform aerobic exercises for at
least 30 minutes five times a week.
Perform side lunges. Take a step to the side with one foot,
bending at knee. Now bend other leg slightly but not too much.
Feel the stretches in your legs and hip. Repeat with other side
too. You can perform this exercise with hand weights too.
For getting slimmer hips, you can perform simple exercise by
sitting on chair with bent knees and feet flat on floor. Place
hands over knees and push hands and knees against each other.
Hold for a minute. Performing this exercise 5-10 times a day too
helps in getting thin hips.
Keep back straight and crouch on your hands and knees. Now lift
1 leg while keeping the other at 90 degree angle. Now slowly
lower down your leg and repeat the same exercise with other leg.
Tone your hips area by performing strength training exercises.
Even 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercises helps in cutting
down the fat from hip area in a big way.
Drinking lots of water in your daily diet to keep body feel
satiate. This way, even you will experience few hunger carvings
which mean fewer snacks and less weight gain on your hips area.
Also include fibers, whole grains and low-fat dairy products in
your daily diet to get slimmer hips.
