It’s the time to provide proteins and vitamins to your body in
the easiest way through the intake of healthy sandwiches. Some
interesting yet healthy recipes of sandwiches are written below

Carrot and green
Ingredients to prepare carrot and green
¼ cup boiled and slightly mashed green peas, 4 brown bread
slices (lightly buttered), 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 1 ½ cups
parboiled and finely chopped carrots, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 2 tbsp
grated cottage cheese, ¼ tsp finely chopped green chilies, salt
to taste, 1 tsp oil
Method to prepare carrot and green peas
Heat some oil in pan and saute cumin seeds in it. Now add green
chilies, vegetables with cottage cheese and salt. Cook for 3

bread, 4 tsp butter
