It is very important for you to feed your kids with healthy food
to make their bones strong and brain healthy. But tantrums of
kids make it difficult to prepare different healthy recipes
everyday. But no need to fret anymore! Check out some

Mini soya paneer
Ingredients to prepare mini soya paneer pancakes:
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander, 1/4 cup jowar flour, 2 tsp
finely chopped green chili8es, ¼ cup grated cucumber, ¼ cup
spilt black lentils flour, ¼ cup soya flour, ¼ cup grated low-
fat paneer, salt to taste, 2 tsp oil, ¼ cup healthy green
Method to prepare mini soya paneer
Mix jowar flour with soya flour and urad dal flour. Add 2 cups
of water in it and prepare a thin batter in a bowl.
Add green chilies, cucumber, paneer and coriander to this batter
and mix well.
Now heat non-stick pan and grease it with little oil. Pour 1
tbsp of batter on it and spread evenly to prepare pancakes. Cook
from both sides. Prepare 19 more pancakes with batter.
Serve pancakes with healthy green chutney.
with bean sprouts
Ingredients to prepare bean sprouts:
1 tsp oil, 4 medium tomatoes, salt to taste, ¾ cup shredded
cabbage, 1 cup bean sprouts, ½ tsp finely chopped green chilies,
2 tbsp chopped spring onions
Method to prepare tomatoes stuffed with
First cut the top of tomatoes. Using spoon scoop out the centre
and hollow them.
Heat oil in pan and sauté sprouts and spring onions in it for
2-3 minutes. Also chopped scooped tomato pulp, green chilies,
salt and cabbage. Cook for another 1 minute.
Now fill the hollow tomatoes with this prepared mixture. Place
all tomatoes on baking tray and bake in oven at 200 degree C for
