Creamy pasta with
shrimp and vegetables
Ingredients to prepare creamy pasta
with shrimp and vegetables:
6 ounces whole-wheat spaghetti, 1 cup fresh or frozen peas, 12
ounces peeled and deveined raw shrimp (cut into 1 inch pieces),
1 ¼ tsp kosher salt, 1 bunch trimmed and thinly sliced
asparagus, 1 large thinly sliced bell pepper, 3 chopped garlic
cloves, 1 ½ cups nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt, 3 tbsp lemon
juice, ¼ cup chopped flat-leaf, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, ¼
cup toasted pine nuts, ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
Method to prepare creamy pasta with
shrimp and vegetables:
Pour water in pot and boil it over high flame. Now add spaghetti
to it and cook for 2 minutes. Now add shrimp, peas, pepper and
asparagus to it. Cook for few minutes so that pasta gets tender
and shrimp gets cooked. Drain well.
Prepare a paste of mashed garlic and salt in bowl. Add oil,
lemon juice, parsley, pepper and yogurt to it. Mix well. Add
this mixture to pasta mixture. Serve after adding pine nuts to

Ingredients to prepare easy peasy
1/3 cup natural yogurt, 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 peeled and
chopped onion, 2-4 tsp curry paste, 2 cups button mushrooms
(halved), 1 ½ cups frozen defrosted peas, small bunch of washed
and chopped coriander
Method to prepare easy peasy curry:
Heat oil in pan and add curry paste to it.
Now add mushrooms to it and cook for 5 more minutes.
Now add peas along with yogurt. Cook on low flame till all the
vegetables get tender.
Serve hot with rice after garnishing with coriander leaves.
