Sit up exercises can be done at home. They are very simple and effective. One has to lie down on the floor and bend your legs at 90 degree and do sit up with your hands holding back of your head. Leg muscles should not be used while doing sit ups. Abdominal muscles only should be stretched in order to get proper benefits.
